Position: Salesforce Technology Solutions Consultant
As a Salesforce Technology Solutions Consultant, you will actively participate in the entire project lifecycle — from identifying business needs to implementation, ongoing support, and solution evolution.
You will play a key role in building scalable, customized solutions aligned with each client’s business goals.
- Lead requirements gathering and define Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Experience Cloud).
- Design and configure objects, flows, rules, integrations, and automations on the platform.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure deliverables are functional, scalable, and user-aligned.
- Ensure complete technical and functional documentation of delivered solutions.
- Participate in testing sessions, client training, and post-implementation support.
- Identify enhancements and new opportunities within the Salesforce environment.
- Contribute consultative knowledge to drive the client’s digital growth.
- Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed) in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Functional and/or technical knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (other modules are a plus).
- Intermediate English (technical reading and basic conversational fluency).
- Passion for technology, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Identify enhancements and new opportunities within the Salesforce environment.
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, App Builder, Consultant, etc.)
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience automating processes and building complex flows in Salesforce.
- Consulting experience in industries such as retail, finance, or services.
- Familiarity with integration tools (MuleSoft, Zapier, REST/SOAP APIs).
- Understanding of CDP, marketing automation, or applied AI concepts.
