Oracle Technical Consultant Role
As an Oracle Technology Solutions Consultant, you will actively participate from project conception through project closure and ongoing support. You will play a key role in developing robust, scalable, and highly available solutions aimed at maximizing the value delivered to the client. You will also build and configure new Oracle-based development tools and infrastructure.
- Build and configure development tools and infrastructure based on Oracle SOA Suite (11g/12c).
- Install, configure, patch, and maintain Oracle SOA Suite in High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) environments.
- Administer Oracle WebLogic Server, including domain and cluster configuration, SSL certificates, JCA resources, and load balancers.
- Design applications following a SaaS approach that meet scalability, performance, cost, and stability requirements.
- Develop system integrations using BPEL, OSB, BPM, ESS, UCM, and JCA adapters for databases, files, FTP, JMS, among others.
- Automate and improve development and deployment processes.
- Work alongside other technical consultants to ensure compliance with established processes.
- Proactively identify technical issues, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with project leaders on solution architecture and design.
- Use tools such as Oracle Enterprise Manager and Fusion Middleware Control to monitor, diagnose, and resolve performance issues (e.g., blocked threads and memory leaks).
- Perform unit and integration testing, as well as document processes, incidents, and configurations.
- Participate in migrations from previous versions of SOA Suite.
- Provide technical support under 24/7 availability and rotating shifts, as required.
- Academic degree completed or in progress in Computer Science, IT Management, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in similar technical roles.
- Intermediate English.
- Strong passion for implementing new technologies in highly complex corporate environments.
- Highly self-sufficient, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and intrinsically motivated.
- Experience with BPM processes within Oracle Integration Cloud.
- Experience with Oracle Data Integration (ODI).
- Experience in consulting the financial sector or corporate clients.
- Previous experience with Quota and Forecast in Oracle CX Fusion.
- Graduate studies or certifications in areas related to Information Technology or business processes.
