Functional Consultant Role
As a Functional Consultant, you will participate throughout the entire project lifecycle, from project conception to final closure and ongoing support.
- Configure and implement functionalities (within Sales, Service, and Marketing modules) to translate client requirements into functional solutions.
- Develop customized Salesforce and/or ORACLE components using Apex Classes, Controllers and Triggers, Visualforce, Migration Tools, and Web Services.
- Design and develop integration and data synchronization processes between different platforms required for customer data management.
- Discover, define, and document client requirements, conducting sessions with key client personnel to define the target product and processes.
- Participate in business process improvement initiatives by understanding current processes and designing target processes.
- Support operational phases by handling technical and functional support cases.
- Prepare for and obtain certifications from different technology vendors (ORACLE, SALESFORCE, ADOBE, etc.).
- Academic degree completed or in progress in Computer Science, IT Management, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- One year of experience.
- Intermediate English.
- Strong interest in learning about business environments, new technologies, and how they can generate value for our clients.
- Highly self-sufficient, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and intrinsically motivated.
- Experience with customer experience solutions or similar technologies (CRM, Sales, Marketing, Service, Omnichannel, ERP, etc.).
- Experience in financial consulting and/or with corporate clients.
- Advanced academic degree in areas related to Information Technology or business processes.
- ORACLE, SALESFORCE, ADOBE, or similar certifications.
